Q: We have had issues with wifi connectivity on our warehouse devices due to the size and shape of the building. How can Sky help resolve these downtime issues?
A: Sky Technologies has customers who have experienced this problem in the past where they have selected solutions that only support “online” capability. This solution works perfectly until the connection goes down or they are working in black holes where connections are weak.
Our SkyMobile solution consists of a “super-client” that enables customers to work in either online or offline conditions. The super-client has been designed to work seamlessly with the network so the user is unaware of connection capability. If the connection is lost the application continues to work as normal and reconnects in the background when the network comes back to life.
